Faaso's - Feast on the run

Faaso’s was born in Pune circa 2003 out of a late night conversation (not dry, of course, and hence they didn’t remember the next morning why they had called it Faaso’s). Their pedigree in food was nothing better – they looked back 5 generations and did not find anyone who had ever run a restaurant in our family tree.

Probably it helped, as they made just the stuff that they liked and kept it like that all the while – fresh and desi kebab rolls/wraps. Today they have more than 30 different types of wraps flying off their shelves (read Tawa). No artificial flavours, no articial colors, no frozen stuff (they saved some money on freezers), no cutting corners (they never learnt it).
