At Soul Handi, food is believed to be a fundamental way of sharing feelings of love, care and warmth and thus they emphasize on recreating the tradition of eating together. The chefs here bring to you the culinary delights of the royalties and the cuisines they prepare are exclusively secured recipes from traditional bawarchis.

 

You will find that there is no repetition in the menu in terms of ingredients or flavour. They follow a slow-cooking process (dum pukht) that brings out the authentic flavours of the cuisine.  The slow heating also ensures that the vital nutrients of the food are preserved. Most of their dishes are cooked in ghee (clarified butter) as it does not contain harmful trans fats or hydrogenated oils. Their dishes are inspired from Hyderabadi, Lucknowi, Maharashtrian, Mughlai and Punjabi cuisine. The chicken biryani is one of the most popular items on their menu.

 

The ambience of the restaurant is quite casual and laid back. With bare brick walls and simple furniture, it is a great place to meet friends, have family dinners and even strengthen business relationships. A huge writing board on the wall adds a personal touch, where you can leave messages and post classifieds. The chefs here will happily welcome your feedback and to facilitate so, they have an open kitchen.
