Not Eligible

  • Items that have been worn/washed/soiled
  • Innerwear, lingerie cannot be returned on account of hygiene
  • Items which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
  • Seal open branded electronic items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the item as they can’t be resold
  • In case of branded electronic items, brands’ return, repair and replacement policy will apply

    If you want to return a item on Snapdeal, create a return request online. You can return the item bought on Snapdeal within 7-days of delivery. Please follow these steps:

    2. Select the item you wish to replace and click on the Return/Replace link against the order.
    3. Choose return option and fill in the required details.
    4. Once the return request is created, we will ensure that the return is processed.
  • What if Snapdeal’s courier partner doesn’t serve my location?

    In case we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup for you, we’ll inform you and request you to return the item via any other courier. We will refund the full courier amount in SD cash up to Rs. 400

  • I bought an item but it does not fit my size, can I get it replaced?

    Absolutely! Snapdeal offers “No question asked size change policy” for apparel and footwear. You can get the size exchanged within 7 days of the receipt of your item. You can submit replacement request online through Contact Us form. We will get the item replaced.

  • If I receive a physically damaged item, can I get it replaced?

  • What is identified as faulty item?

    When the delivered item has a physical damage, is defective or is not working as per the description given on the website, the item can be returned as a faulty item. The faulty item will be collected from your location within 4 working days. Post receiving the item and inspecting it we shall initiate sending you the new item.

  • What if I choose to have replacement and the item is sold out on Snapdeal?

    Replacements are made basis availability of the item on the website. If the item is not available on the website, we’ll initiate refund after your confirmation.

  • I paid the amount upfront while purchasing item from Snapdeal, how do I get the refund?

    Your payment is covered under Trustpay. In case of prepaid orders (paid through credit card/debit card/net banking), the amount is refunded in the same account as you had made payment from within 7-10 working days. You may also choose to have the amount refunded in Snapdeal Cash (SD cash) so you can purchase any item from Snapdeal without any hassles.

  • I paid cash on delivery, how would I get the refund?

    If the mode of payment was cash on delivery (COD), we will initiate a NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. Snapdeal will contact you for your bank account details. It normally takes 7-10 days for your money to get reflected in your bank account. You may also choose to have the amount refunded in Snapdeal Cash (SD cash) so you can purchase any item from Snapdeal without any hassles.

  • What are the details you require to process NEFT refund?

    Once you agree for NEFT refund, you will receive an email from Snapdeal customer support team asking for Bank Name, Account Number, Account Holder’s name, IFSC code and Location of the bank. We initiate refund process as soon as we receive the details from you and it takes 7-10 working days for the money to be credited to your account.

  • Can I ask for NEFT refund if I paid through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking?

    No, in case you paid via credit card/debit card/net banking, the amount will be refunded in the same account as you had made payment from.

  • How do I place a cancellation request on Snapdeal?

    2. Choose cancellation option and fill in the required details.
    3. Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.
    4. Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the shipping of the order. Once the order is cancelled, we will refund your prepaid amount as per our Return Policy.
  • How long will it take to cancel my order?

    We take 1-2 business days to cancel your order and initiate refund if applicable. You will be intimated once cancellation is complete.

  • What about refund after cancellation?
