ALL ABOUT PERFUMES
Scented oils, perfumes and other fragrances have been adorned by people since early civilization. Today, fragrances can be found all around, from scented candles, to all your favorite bath and body products. There are numerous reasons why people wear perfumes, but ultimately it boils down to the fact that they make us feel happy. The reason we feel happy is heavily dependent on the individual, but can range from the presence of pheromones, memories the scent invokes, a feeling of escape.
WHY USE
Perfumes?
  1. The biggest reason we wear fragrances, is to express our individuality.
  2. Scent directly influences our confidence and self-esteem
  3. The ability of a fragrance to make us feel like desired beings, connect us with memories, help us to escape and help us show individuality is phenomenal.
  4. Increases vitality, improves our drive to accomplish, and increases resistance to failure.
Tips to make your
presence felt even more!
  1. Apply scent at “pulse points” like inner wrists, behind ear lobes, cleavage, knees, it will react with your body heat & continue to emit scent.
  2. Misting hair with fragrance is a great way to leave gentle scent throughout your day!
  3. Longevity increases by applying some Petroleum jelly & then scent on top of that.is phenomenal.
  4. Using scented body gel, body lotion & then spray of scent increases longevity.

Some Electrifying Finding's about Perfumes
A recent study held in Duke University, United States of America on Psychology of Fragrance Use, revealed some interesting finding's on
the perception of individual odor and perfume blends which reveals a mechanism for idiosyncratic effects on fragrance choice.
Studies
reveal that the
odor mixture
of an individual's body
odor and their preferred perfume was perceived as more pleasant
than a
blend of the same body odor with a randomly-allocated perfume, with no difference in pleasantness
between the
perfumes.
• Studies reveal
that odors
could be effective
even at concentrations
below conscious levels. •'Sweet' odors increase
pain tolerance,
while a common detergentperfume changes spontaneous cleaning behavior.
• Odors can affect judgments of faces at both
threshold & subliminal
levels.
• It has been
proposed that
using perfumes
serves to indicate
cleanliness, social
status & personality.

• Fragrances are considered to enhance sexual attractiveness, & they effectively modulate sexual arousal & mood response of females.
• The enhanced attractiveness of perfume wearers is due
to masking effect of
perfumes.
