Dell recently released three new IPS based monitors, 23 inch U2312HM being one of them. It is a 16:9 aspect ratio monitor with a 23-inch eIPS panel with Edge LED backlight and 1920x1080 pixel resolution. It still features Dells ergonomic stand, DVI and Display Port.

Good Monitor. IPS is really good and the picture is visible from almost everywhere and looks the same from all angles. No more tilting your head to the right angel to view text properly.

There are some more good things about this monitor.
1. It has USB ports on the back which you can use for usb drives, keyboard mouse etc.
2. The height, vertical and horizontal angle can be adjusted with ease without adjusting any screws.
3. You can also rotate the monitor in its stand so that it is portrait instead of landscape.
