How to Redeem
Step 1: To register, customer to visit https://moviepromo.bigcityexperience.com/ and enter the voucher code and fill up the form and click Submit. On completion of registration, customer will receive an Email /SMS with the Authentication Number.
Step 2: Click on the Booking Request Tab, enter the Authentication number, fill up the required details and click "Submit Booking".
Step 3: You will receive the movie discount promo code via sms & partner redemption details via Email within 24 business hours.
Step 4: Visit the web link as per instructions sent via email, fill in the required details such as promo code, mobile number, movie, time, date, venue, etc and book the ticket. (Ticket will be shared via SMS & Email)
Step 5: Visit the venue, flash the SMS (M – Ticket) or Printout (E-Ticket) and redeem the offer.
Terms and Conditions: Rs.200 Movie Gift Voucher
1. This offer entitles the end user upto Rs.200/- off on one movie transaction across BigCity multiplex partners. Offer valid for all shows from Monday to Sunday.
2. The movie gift voucher needs to be used within 30 days from the date of issuance.
3. If you are registered with Do Not Disturb (DND) service, you will not receive SMS confirmation from us. Please call for any queries.
4. Concierge Lines are open only from Monday to Friday between 10:30 am to 5:30 pm and are closed on weekends /public holidays including bank holidays.
5. Walk-in customers without prior booking will not be entertained at the venue.
6. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale.

8. Discount is offered on minimum of 1 movie ticket and on maximum of 1 transaction only, irrespective of the number of tickets booked on one promo Code. The balance cost (after discount) of the ticket will be charged to the credit/debit card of the end user. The end user will be required to present the copy of the credit/debit card at the cinema hall prior to redemption.
9. If the value of the movie ticket is less than the value of the voucher, the balance is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or used in any other transaction.
10. Only one voucher code per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked.
11. Only one voucher may be used per person, per household, per venue, per booking group (group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder).
