I am a great movie enthusiast and I love watching movies on my laptop especially when I am on the go. To my pleasure I love watching movies on the 15.6 inch screen which provides outstanding display quality. It is also a great experience watching photographs on this screen because of its clarity and sharpness. Even doing my everyday work on this laptop is a pleasure because documents are crystal clear and PowerPoint presentations really come alive on the screen. The graphics memory of the laptop also provides for some excellent gaming experience, along with all elements of a game coming alive on the screen.

I found that the major downside attached with this laptop is its chipset. It is very ordinary in performance which does not have a support for RAID. This means that it will not be possible to switch from HDDs to SSDs when they become cheaper. Although an 8GB RAM is great, it would have been better if it was possible to upgrade it to 16Gb which is not possible. The GT 630M GPU is alright if you are a gamer but it may not be compatible with many games that will come up in the future. Another problem I faced with this laptop was that because of the glossy screen the view at different angles was not so great.

I found that with the 2 USB 3.0 ports and 1 USB 2.0 port of my Asus K55VM-SX086D laptop (3rd Gen Ci7/8GB/1TB/DOS/2GB Graph), I can sync my smartphone, transfer data and utilize a wireless mouse simultaneously. This high performance allows me to stay connected with the rest of the world in more ways than one. I can also connect it to various video devices with the help of the VGA port and HDMI port. I can use both wireless and well as wired internet with the help of this laptop. I can also team up this laptop with other devices with the help of the built in Bluetooth.

Listening to music on this laptop is a great experience in itself because of the rich bass and powerful sound. This ensures that even while watching movies I get the best sound quality. In spite of all these great features and stunning good looks this notebook is extremely light in weight. I can easily carry it around in my hands or slip it into my office bag. With a weight of just 2.6 kg it never wears me out. The battery has 6 cells which gives me a backup of almost 3 hours. At the same time, the charge cycle lifespan of the battery is 3 times more than other notebooks.

When it was time for me to change my computer I started searching the market for the ideal laptop. With so many brands and so many models I was really confused till I came across the Asus K55VM. I immediately took to its stunning looks which actually help me make a style statement wherever I carry this laptop. This laptop is available in a metallic silver color with a textured finish and a sleek design that is wedge shaped. Although my first impression about this laptop was based on looks, I found that it is not lacking in features either.

I was thoroughly pleased with the performance of the Intel Core i7 processor which lives up to the name and fame that I always associated with Intel processors. This processor makes the laptop extremely fast and gives a powerful performance which has never given me cause to regret my choice. The speed is very high and the 8 GB system memory gives me the ability to do several things at the same time, without any compromise in the performance. The 1 TB disk capacity allows me to store all the movies, photographs, music and videos that I want and still not lack space.

With other computers I experienced some discomfort due to the excessive heat generated by the laptops. While typing on these laptops, I could feel the heat permeating through the layers and heating my hands. But this laptop has a special technology that does not allow the heat to reach your hands. The components that generate heat in a laptop have been kept away from the palm rest, giving me a very comfortable feel while working on this laptop. The keyboard is also designed very ergonomically so that my hands do not easily get tired even if I work on this laptop for long hours.
