I ma so upset as I can't use it reliably as because of poor battery back up. If a call is attended for more than 45 mins low battery is displayed. Never can use the phone without charging it twice a day. Didn't expect this from brand Blackberry. Track pad is also becoming less responsive in this one month. My expectation broke.
