About the Author
Sanjeev Kapoor is an Indian chef, a host, an author of cookbooks and a restaurant consultant. He was born in Haryana, India on 10 April 1964. He started in the hospitality industry in 1984 with a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Pusa.
Since then he has become a celebrated chef. His culinary show "Khana Khazana", is the longest running T.V. show of its kind in Asia; it broadcasts in 120 countries and in 2010 had more than 500 million viewers. He has served as judge in multiple iterations of Master Chef India.
