The blade went off after six months, where do i get the spares. not recommended, quite expensive. As per documentation booklet the blades need to be replaced every 6month, But from where do I get one?

I have used a rotary one earlier but this is shaver and gives a pretty decent close shave. A Happy customer.

Good product for beard styling and trimming, but not for shaving

I bought this to replace an aging version of the same model. I like this shaver because it has a trimmer that I find essential. When I don't shave for two or more days, the whiskers are too tough for the shaving head to handle without discomfort. On those occasions I attack the whiskers first with the trimmer, then go over everything again with the shaving head. In essence, i shave twice. If I shave every day, I only need to use the shaving head. I'd be lost without the trimmer (or have to buy a separate one). I have no use for the beard attachment that comes with the shaver. I also use the trimmer to trim the fuzz on the back of my neck---tricky to do with two mirrors. It is a rechargeable shaver: plug it in to recharge it, then unplug it and shave several times before recharging again. Unlike the previous model I had, this one does not allow you to shave while recharging. But it takes a short time (ten minutes?) to charge enough for one shave. I love it.

very good product. all in one for all your shaving trimming needs. can be cleaned easily. operated easily. looks attractive and after all it is Braun..The plastic quality could have been better. No other complaints.

Braun makes fairly good shavers but very poor trimmers. Within 6 months, the trimmers on cruzer6 have become too blunt. I would recommend any of the classic razors for shaving. If you are bent upon getting an electric one, get the series 5 braun shaver. Trimmers- always go for phillips.

This is my first shaver and it seems and feels really good and shaving is more smoother than safety razor. And Snapdeal delivered it in 3 days only, But I really didn't liked the customer support team of snapdeal they reply very late and after 5 minutes of making the purchase I canceled the order but then also they didn't canceled it, and my discount coupon also not worked and support team is just giving unsatisfactory response.
