Good product with bad ear loop

Hands-free Driving

The ear loop is of poor quality. The C shape holding the bluetooth is delicate and breaks easily. People with shallow ears will find it difficult to hold it in the ear without the ear loop, which isn't flexible to fit snugly behind the ears, making it dangle. It is best used for driving, and enclosed areas, but very poor in outdoor, open or even rooms. The other side caller gets disturbance and sound is not clear.

The price is low so is the quality, does not sound good specially while travelling, you have to be loud to be clear.
It disconnects on its own, dual pairing seems not working efficiently.
