Developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is a first-person shooter video game. It is the sixth installment of the Call of Duty series and the direct sequel to Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Player takes on the role of various characters using the single-player mode. Every level of mission comes with a series of objectives marked on the heads up display, assisting in direction and distance towards and from such objectives. When the player meets with damage blood appears on the screen and the player's health regenerates with time. Every task vary with requirement (eg. from having the player arrive at a particular checkpoint, to eliminating all enemies in a specified location, to defending an objective from enemy attack, or planting explosive charges on an enemy installation). Friendly troops who cannot be issued orders also accompany the player in the game.USP:
The multiplayer also returns with a host of new perks and enhancements: New cooperative SpecOps mode, the perfect combination of Modern Warfare's single player intensity and the addictive replay ability of its multiplayer Special Ops Mode. All these allow two players to engage in unique missions. It even features split-screen functionality. It contains new and upgraded weapons, new weapons attachments and a variant of the multiplayer weapons customisation system from Call of Duty 4.
