Mini usb connectivity

In the website it is mentioned it has Mini USB.But the product I purchased has only regular USB connection and it can not be directly connected to my Aakash tablet.I must buy again OTG cable for connecting to my tablet.
More over the free 6 in one car charger was not supplied.
Please reconcile the above 2 points.

many keys in this product is not working and also the product does not have mini USB .the tablet is also slipping away and faalling down.please send me a replacement.

As there are no side holding clips , when we are using it like a case , the tablet will fall down easily. Need to provide side clips as its use will be enhanced to a great extent.

The tablet has mini USB slot,but the keyboard has large USB plug and so could not be connected to the tablet.Please advice how to connect.I could not get suitable converter.-K.M.Rangasamy
