The Linksys EA2700 Advanced Dual-Band N broadband router is enabled with WPA/WPA2 protocol encryption which also adds an added layer of security and allows you to choose which devices are allowed network discovery. As an added advantage, one of the main features of the WPA2 standard is the “AES-CCMP” encryption key which is more advanced than the WPA.
