Background: Counter Strike: Global Offensive returns in a new avatar, rebooted, after dominating computer and console screens. The game is better than ever after 12 years of successful stint. This fast paced action game, in its new avatar, provides improved new maps, game-play modes and weapons to its hard core fans. This is the fourth game in the Counter Strike franchise and will not disappoint the hard core gamer in you. This game takes first person combat to the next level offering fast paced action and realistic terrorist or hostage situation. The game has been developed by Valve Corporation and Hidden Path Entertainment. Synopsis & Feautures: Counter Strike Global Offensive picks up from where the previous series left off taking combat action to an interactive new level. It shares the same type of objective like its predecessor by killing all enemy targets or completing the mission objective. Players have the option of joining either the Evil Terrorists or Counter-Terrorists. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive features Classic Casual and Competitive which involves defuse and hostage mission mode. In defuse, Evil Terrorists must plant a C4 explosive at one of two designated bomb sites while Counter Terrorists fight to prevent the bomb from going off. In hostage mode the Counter-Terrorists rescue hostages from the Evil Terrorists who must also prevent the hostages from escaping. In case Evil Terrorist or Counter-Terrorist kills a hostage, they are bound to face serious consequences of cash penalty. Arms Race introduces players to a death match based mode followed by a reward for each kill with a new weapon. Demolition is a round-based mode which is used to remove weapon and equipment purchase and instead reward players the next weapon in a predetermined set of weapons for each kill. Death match mode consists of 10-minute matches allowing players to gain the highest possible score and earn kills with different weapons. In Death Match mode the number of points also depends on a kill with different weapon. The bonus timer is also an advantage for players to get different weapons and use them to score extra points. Players automatically re-spawn after getting killed like in Arms Race.
