good tonic ,keeps fit even in the late evening,but body get heatedup one need to drink more milk or buttrer milkto keep the body cool.

I used it for some time.,But I didn't see any considerable affect of it. I recommend not to buy this. Try something else.

Dabur Shilajit capsules are very effective. For me, they have resulted in immediate reduction in lethargy, sleepiness, mood swings. Started initially with 2 capsules in a day, which led to headaches in the morning, which would go only with medication. So reduced the dosage to 1 pill a day for around 15 days and then again moved to 2 pills a day. No problem now. Hope for further improvement in energy levels going forward.
