Installation Process:
Step 1: Customer purchasing Dish TV DTH Set Top Box Dish+ Recorder will receive the Dish TV Activation Kit from Snapdeal.
Step 2: After customer receives Activation Kit, he needs to book installation by dialing 0120-2550000 from all phone lines, 011-60013474 (North), 022-60013474 (West), 033-60013474 (East), 044-60013474 (South) for non BSNL/MTNL customers, 18601803474 for BSNL/MTNL customers.
Step 3: Once Installation is booked a work order is generated. The call gets forwarded to the respective DISH TV Activation Team.
Step 4: The service engineer from the Dish TV who are under strict vigilance of Dish TV Service Team fixes up a time with the customer & basis customer’s inputs installs the setup box TAT- 48 hrs.
Step 5: Customer has to pay for installation charges at the time of installation.
