Few Things Left Unsaid deals with recklessness and lack of clarity confronted at a very young age. Aditya is one of the many confused young men. He's unclear about his ambitions in life, and hates engineering from the core of his heart. Despite his despise for engineering, he ends up in an engineering college.
Aditya's search for true love culminates when he runs into Riya, but he loses her too, again out of his recklessness. Life takes a U-turn for him as he doesn't know how to deal with his life now. Both he and Riya end up paying for his reckless decisions and lack of clarity in vision.
When he did not have love, he searched for it. When he discovered it, he did not know what to do with it. When he had it, he feared of losing it. Now, he can't talk to her anymore. He realized he can't get Riya. He is not supposed to love her, care for her, and live his life wishing she was around. He is not supposed to wonder where Riya is or what she is doing, but he cannot help it - after all he is in love with Riya.
Few Things Left Unsaid is a story of how unpredictable a love story can get!
