1 Application customization attracts additional charges including other mapping services (other than Google Map).
2 Online training will be provided.
3 This offer includes Application cost including maintenance, MAP, Hosting Space up to 2 GB per vehicle for one year.
4 SMS alert is optional and attracts additional charges.
5 99.9% uptime guarantee provided by our hosting partner.

7 One year Warranty period
8 AMC charges 20% for instrument from second year onwards along with second year subscription
9 Geo fencing attracts additional charges after ten geo fencing points per device.
10 Free maintenance during the contract period will be provided for the technical problem (Refer below) within Chennai, CBE and Mysore. Attracts travel and other related charges for other locations.
11 Service Charges are applicable due to physical damage and other (human, animal & insects) interruption, etc.,
12 Subscription Cost may vary due to unforeseen conditions with submission of proof.
13 Educating drivers/owners/vendors is the sole responsibility of the client.
14 For the proper functioning of the GPS Device, client should ensure regulated power supply(12V-36V)
15 Our GPS Devices are not water proof. So client has to take care of the GPS KIT when performing the water wash of the particular vehicle.
