2) What is covered under Extended Warranty support?
All faults covered by the manufacturer in the first year i.e. the actual breaking or burning out of any component of the handset causing stoppage of normal operation and necessitating immediate repair or replacement before normal operation can be resumed. This cover will be IDENTICAL to the manufacturer’s warranty.

4) How does Jeeves Protection Shield work?
1. When you purchase Jeeves Protection Shield (Extended Warranty) on Snapdeal.com, you will receive a confirmation email from Jeeves requesting you to forward the purchase invoice for the product.
2. Upon verification of details on phone or e-mail, you will receive an e-mail certificate of your Jeeves Protection Shield.
3. Your Jeeves Extended Warranty cover begins on the first day after your manufacturer’s warranty expires.
5) What are my responsibilities as a customer?
a. You should register your Extended Warranty with Jeeves within 30 days of purchase
b. Before giving your mobile phone for repair, you should keep back-up of copies/written records of all important content and data stored in the Mobile Handset before the delivery of the Mobile Handset for EW service, and disable any security passwords. It is also your responsibility for reinstallation all such information, data, software, other applications and passwords in his Mobile Handset.
c. You should read the Terms and Conditions carefully
6) What do I do if my mobile phone has a problem?

You can also go to nearest authorized service center authorized by Jeeves. Our customer care will guide you on that. If there is no service center near you, we also provide pick and drop service for your mobile phone.
7) What is not covered?
a. Damage caused by negligence and/or misuse of the mobile handset.
b. Damage caused due to use of batteries, charger and/or accessories not approved/recommended by the manufacturer
c. Faulty software program or improper electrical power supply/connection or fluctuation
d. Cracks, scratching, cutting of surfaces, etc.
e. Any repair/alteration to the mobile handset carried out by any third party other than by Jeeves authorized personnel
f. Accessories like battery, charger, hands-free, bluetooth, etc.
g. Damages due to accident, fire, freeze, heat, natural calamities, war, civil commotion, nuclear perils, radiation, contamination, virus, etc.
h. Damages due to bad commands or faulty signals from Mobile Service Providers
i. Removal/deface/alteration of the IMEI number
j. Waves emanated by airplane or such other aerial devices
k. Any faults not covered under manufacturer’s warranty
8) What are some other things I should know?

b. Upon purchase you will receive a call from Jeeves. On confirmation of product details, you will receive an email certificate of your Jeeves Protection Shield. This is your official confirmation of purchase. You will not be posted a paper/physical certificate.
c. Your Jeeves Protection Shield cover begins on the first day after product manufacturer’s warranty expires
d. You may cancel your plan anytime with first 30 days for a full refund
