Pathetic one

I got this one from snapdeal and it was working fine for the first week then I got some lines in the display, when I went to Karbonn service centre I was shocked to hear that they will n't provide replcmnt or service if it was ordered online... but they got my tab from me to check if anything can be done.. its more than 10 days yet to get reply... Pathetic service from Karbonn.. Just dont go for any karbonn product...
