Advanced 6-Stage Purification Process
At the first stage, the Sediment Filter purifies the water from coarse and fine suspended dirt impurities. The Pre-Activated Carbon Filter cum Absorber, at the second stage absorbs residual chlorine and the harmful impurities like THMS, Pesticides etc. and also enhances the taste of the water. At the third stage, the Antiscalant Filter prevents the scaling of salt on the membrane layers and thus significantly enhances the Purification capacity of this purifier by Livepure. Moreover, it also makes the membrane durable and helps it in giving optimum result.
At the fourth stage the Hero+ Water Purifier by Livepure uses the Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane that reduces the dissolved salts, water hardness and also the heavy metals like Arsenic. Also, it removes harmful bacteria, protozoa, virus etc. present in the water. In the fifth stage, the water undergoes the Ultra Violet (UV) Disinfection Column, which makes the water microbiologically safe to drink. The Ultra Violet radiation disinfects the water from water borne bacteria, virus etc. At the last stage, the Silver Impregnated Post Carbon Filter prevents the bacterial growth and also makes the water taste natural.
