I have been using this product for last four years and have been happy. Even the diapers that were delivered recently is genuine. The biggest problem was with the delivery guys. It was shipped through Velex by the seller and reached my city on 20th December. Website showed that they tried to deliver but could not reach me and hence changed status to "customer requested future date" In reality I did not receive a single call from Velex. It is even more difficult to contact them. No reply to my email and when I keep calling their landline number it is always busy! Their logic was that they have only one vehicle where they keep all big packages and deliver them to certain place on a certain day. But when I received diapers each bag was packaged separately. It could be delivered easily on a motorbike as 3 bags are not heavy at all. Order was finally delivered on 2nd Jan i. e. 14 days after it arrived in city! Please go ahead and buy this product as it works well but please please confirm with the seller that he/she is not using Velex for delivering the parcel.

i have no complaints on the product , its good. only problem is with the delivery time. it took 15 days for the order to get delivered, where as any other e-commerce sites takes only 1 or 2 days for any diaper to be delivered. Its time to improve their TAT
