Micromax Funbook Pro (Slate Grey)

i got a funbook pro for my 8year old son as it was having two great things a good resolution 10 inch display and ics with a good processor and 1gb ram.



kidding about buying for son, it actually caters for all some work, gaming , watching videos, surfing net with dongle or wifi, music (though not convenient) than use for maps for navigation, than again for study as it is preloaded with many classroom videos and also there are a lot of easy learing games on android market



now the point is the price for rs 10000+500 tata photon dongle its a great deal= video is nice, photo quality is nice, both works very well and its 10inch so looks nice =then gaming its even nicer with 3d games running some big games running well and so far no problem



battery is concern a bit but normaly lasts more than 3 hours with everything running and standby more than a day or so so its okay for me



only inconvenience is placements of buttons its bit tricy and you fumble to find the buttons but once u get used to its working well

second thing they should give a 3g simcard slot for net and calling then it would make best tab in india for this price coz with dongle its bid odd to move and surf



so far its been four weeks and tab is fine everything seems nice.



so if you need value for money and also great indian product with support

then micromax funbook pro is the thing for u

good tablet after samsung galazy

I purchased micromax tablet 10 inch. But there is some irritable with the display. There are white blobs which are visible prominentln white background . I noticed this after sombre 15 days. And am thinking of reporting this. But I'm afraid that is it to late. O wish they would consider this for replacement

In the beginning the system was very slow and i was totally upset about this product.Then i went to a micromax service centre and the software was updated, after that this funbook pro is working very nicely.Thanks to snapdeal.

very good, considering the price tag. smallprob with the connector for the USB port becoming a bit loose. and i guess getting a good internet browser like Opera will make it better.



touch takes getting a bit used to; sometimes when i want to scroll, it becomes a selection and vice versa.



but overall, very satisfied

Its a good product considering the price. Thats why one cant complain about slow processor, poor display, bad sound etc.



cons- should have bluetooth!

- when used in portrait mode cant prop it up on table etc as the charger plug and the Tata photon dongle are all plugged into the bottom edge of the device.

- Device gets very hot while using/ charging. I am afraid that it may get damaged!

Bying this macromax fun book pro is value for money for every buyer.

I would like to suggest people that you must bye this product, it is a good product.

As the feature is concern. It require back camra, bluetooth. I have seen one problem in this product that is battery gets very hot that's why back panel get very warm. Suggestion to the company; this is good product but it require attention in the OS segment because there is no upgrade is available for the product. That's why I am ranking it 4. Other wise definetly it will get 5 points,

i used it.....it is good after the software update.

Awesome Tablet in this price, fast processor, watching movie in this is fun, fast internet, only problem is battery 3 hrs maximum browsing

if looking for budget tablet -- here it is ....with loads of app,game,movies,browsing.

Note: at this price do not expect the performance to be that of costlier ones. But its a worth buying tab. Watch HD movies without any lag, play HQ games,,,,good display .... ok sound.....well it just a Good Timepass.....

I bought this for my father and he is really loving it.

Product is used in place of laptop because of its compactness for e-mail checking and other out of office works.

Its good. But could have been better.

I got into a problem of full internal memory issue and hence it is just useless now. It resets everytime it restarted

I bought it for personal use, but it is not at all good. it heats up while charging and hangs frequently.
My tablet got so heated up while charging that the back panel melted and the tablet stopped working.
