The NIKKOR ED Glass lens in this camera has a back illuminated CMOS sensor and takes images at 16 megapixel resolution with sharp contrasts and bright colours. This camera also offers HD video recording at 30 fps with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution. The camera lens has an aperture range of f/3.9 - 4.8 for better colour balance.
