Bad exp. again

Again I am disappointed with the online Mobile purchase. Last time I bought a Alcatel-OT506D phone which was a refurbished or old one(Order no-741548627). I found some user photos and Telugu Music in it. And this time Nokia 112, the phone seems to be old one and having few scratches on it. As I have gifted this one to my sister so she is not intended to return it and to follow the lengthy process. This is my last buy(Mobile) from Snapdeal.

Hope SD will take care of its product quality.
