Olympus EPM 1 (Lens 14-42mm & 40-150mm) (Black) has premium quality image producing capabilities packed into an ultra compact body that you can take anywhere. To achieve ultrafast AF, the EPM 1 incorporates Fast AF System, new 12.3-megapixel High Speed Live MOS Sensor and TruePic VI image processing engine.

The iAUTO function that automatically selects the optimum mode when the camera is pointed at the subject now includes i-ENHANCE picture mode. i-ENHANCE mode is set automatically when the iAUTO function is selected, and the camera determines the optimum colour and contrast conditions so that the subject is imaged prominently.

The EPM 1 also boasts high-performance sequential shooting capability. It incorporates a newly developed compact high-speed shutter mechanism, which is specially designed to deliver high performance in a compact body. Also, the EPM 1's user interface has been completely redesigned. The font and graphics used in the menus have been enhanced to offer improved visibility and quality. Other features include Real Color Technology, Live Guide interface, removable flash, art filters, full HD movie recording, stripe screen control system, image stabilization mechanism built into the camera, 3D photo function and one-push digital teleconverter function.
