2. What all is covered under Onsite Repair Support?
a) One time desktop repair which needs to be availed within 15 days from the date of voucher purchase.
b) Our Engineer / tech team will respond back to your query within 24Hrs
c) We will take maximum 7 working days to service & rectify the problem.
d) 9/6 (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM) customer support from Toll Free Number 1-800-102-9991
e) Support on all legally software as purchased by you
f) Printer & Scanner Driver Installation in your Desktop
g) Only pay for the hardware / part, no extra service charge for Hardware / parts change.

5. What kind of parts does Onsite Repair Support use for repairs?
High Quality parts sourced from our verified suppliers are used. All parts are internally quality tested. Repairs are performed by authorised Repair Service Personnel.

3. After you receive the voucher, you need to call Toll Free number & register yourself, this must be done within 15 days from the date of purchase.
4. Buy this voucher only once some problem has occurred in your desktop or you are facing a problem which needs to be checked through an engineer visit.
5. If the service call requires a part, then the same has to be provided for by the Customer within 3 days, and the service Engineer will fix the same to the Desktop. If the part is not availed within 3 days, customer will require to go in and buy another One time Onsite service voucher.

2. Buy Service Voucher for Onsite Desktop Repair from Snapdeal
3. After you receive the Scratch Card, you need to call Toll Free Number 1-800-102-9991 & register yourself, this must be done within 15 days from the date of purchase.
4. To Log your service request call the Toll Free Number and state your PIN which you had registered earlier, our Customer Service professionals will assign an Engineer to visit you.
5. Our Repair Service Professional will visit you, diagnose and rectify the problem. If the same requires any hardware part then the same will be shared and updated with you.
If the part is purchased from Snapdeal, setup /installation of the part is not charged for this Service call.
