P.S. I love you is a book by Irish author Cecilia Ahern. It is a story of Moving on from the past and learning to live your life to the fullest. The lead characters are Holly and Gerry who are madly in love with each other, so much so that it was impossible for people who knew them to think of them separately but then the unimaginable happens and Gerry dies due to terminal illness. Holly is heartbroken and realises how much Gerry meant to her. But Gerry comes back to her in a way that teaches her so many things about life. Gerry wrote many love letters to her, one for each month and each note is signed, P. S. I love you. As she opens each note she is cheerful and feels challenged to overcome this sadness. With the consolations from Gerry's letters and help from her friends and family she overcomes it and is now laughing, singing, dancing and crying and she is ready to face the world like never before.
