INDUS is our PREMIUM, top of the range Star car mats model with an elegant design pattern which makes it stand out to other mat grades. INDUS Star mats consist of three layers: Top layer is made up of TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer), TPE are a unique class of engineering material, this material is typically used where flexibility & soft-touch is desired in the application. TPE main characteristics are - excellent flexural fatigue resistance, good tear & abrasion resistance and also excellent resistance to chemicals & weathering. Middle layer is made up of XPE Chemical cross-linked polyethylene (XPE).It is a very safe material, easy to be recycled & has a very good cushioning capability. Bottom layer is made up of very high quality Polyvinyl chloride, commonly abbreviated PVC. It has an anti-skid bottom layer to reduce mat movement, so it is less likely to slip, a principle cause of driver irritation and pedal obstruction.
