except battery everything is good; more than justifiable for the price

I recently gifted my younger sister a Viva VM, Although she often exchanges it with my expensive phone but she seems quite satisfied with the VIVA VM as well. I personally find the VIVA to be a great product as it is quite similar to the one that I use however it just looks a little less complicated. I can access my facebook accounts and chat with my friends using various chat applets that are available online. Color output is not the best but still its very bright. A good phone if one can get develop an interest.. Collected through an in-person interaction with the customer.

The new Viva VM white is a phone that is fully loaded and comes with features of an expensive phone. It may be a very economical phone but I would not like to call it a cheap phone simply because this phone has simplified my life to a great extent. a.) The dual sim is a great advantage for a person like me, I wanted a second phone for my personal use and now I do not need one. b.) A 4 inch touch screen display makes it look like an expensive phone. My wife likes to flaunt it whenever we are outside. c.) An expandable memory upto 8 GB - I think 5 is enough for me. d.) A video player, not one of the best but consider the price at which it comes and then its a definite thumbs up. e.) Front and back camera is just like any other phone. May not be the strongest asset but works fine for close up shots. f.) Social networking is full fledged function of this phone. most of the networking apps are pre installed so there is no need to hunt for them online. g.) FM radio is a great time killer, if nothing else then I just turn on my radio and listen to it all night long. The above features make the new VM a fully loaded phone however make makes it different from others is the performance. There are many economical phones available in the market however despite being loaded with features, they fail to perform well. Either they would hang a lot or multitasking would be as fast as "" Birbal ki Khichdi "" but the new VM does the job so efficiently that I would rate this phone far superior than all te other brands available for similar price. I recently bought the new Viva Vm 15 and have been using it for the past 3 weeks now. The most likable part about this phone is its user friendliness and its style . It looks like an Iphone and the performance is very good as well. The touch is quite smooth as well. The smartphone experience may not be close to expensive phones however the simplicity of the phone in understanding the maneuvering is great. A dual sim with a an excellent battery back ups are further advantages of this phone apart from great looks and high class performance. I have used expensive phones in the past and my wife still uses one but honestly speaking, at 1/10th of the cost I am doing nothing different or less than what i did on my expensive phone so I am better off without them and on with VIVA. This phone has got everything that a person can ask for, be it the style or the performance the phone exceeds expectations in many ways. To me personally the dual sim, touch screen and the cameras are useful as use it at work where i need to click passport size pictures to attach with online forms. However the only one thing that I wish this phone had was a Wifi. Although I am able to bluetooth the files to another device now but the WIFI would have been easier for me. Still I would recommend this phone as its got many features that are quite useful for me. Collected through an in-person interaction with the customer.
