Use an eye-shadow base before applying to last better
Use your own good brushes, because the brushes provided are not good at all
The lip colors are good and lasting, and transparent
The blush and powder are very shimmery, so it stands out a lot, not apt for daily use

I had to use a different eye-shadow brush, since the kit's brush makes the eye-shadow flaky and cakey. Also, it's difficult to clean the brush. Other than that, the product is pretty good. Except for black, every other color shows good pigmentation, especially if you use a good base. I would recommend it to anyone who wants all the good shades for occasional use, like weddings and parties. For daily wear, it's not that lasting. On the kit, the brand name is Miss Claire. I don't know if it belongs to VOV, only that puzzles me.
