1.    What is WarrantyBazaar 12 Months Extended Support Warranty from Snapdeal.com?

Manufacturers provide warranty on their products for a very limited period of time. After that period is expired, you are at risk of spending thousands of rupees if your product fails and needs a repair or replacement. With an Extended Support Warranty Pack, you can extend the length of warranty by 12 more months, thus protect yourself from spending thousands of rupees in the event your product fails.

 

2.    What all is covered under Extended Support Warranty?

a)       You can extend the term of your coverage for up to additional 12 months.

b)       Your product is covered for mechanical and electrical failures of Mobiles and Tablets that occur during normal use. Your product is covered for mechanical and electrical failure, normal wear and tear and environmental factors such as heat, dust, and humidity are not covered.

c)       You are entitled to UNLIMITED repairs during the Extended Support Warranty period. Every time your product fails, contact us and we will repair it or replace it with an equivalent product at our sole discretion, which will be non-debatable. Cost of any Spares / Parts required / consumed for same will be on chargeable basis.

d)       Your Mobiles and Tablets are repaired at a WarrantyBazaar.Com authorised service centre near you.

e)       9/6 (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM) customer support from Toll Free Number 1-800-102-9991

f)        Your Extended Support Warranty Pack transferable to subsequent users of the Mobiles and Tablets registered only / owners but not to other Mobiles and Tablets. 

 

 

3.    Where do I go to get my Mobiles and Tablets repaired?

Any service centre authorised by WarrantyBazaar can repair your Mobiles and Tablets. To find authorised service centre nearest to you Authorised Service Centre Call us at Toll Free Number 1-800-102-9991.

 

4.    What is not covered?

Accessories like battery, charger, memory card, cables etc.

a)       Any loss due to attempting Software upgrade or installation of third party applications etc.

b)       Any loss occurred to Mobiles and Tablets due to negligence, ignorance and non-compliance by customer.

c)       Any physical damage, like scratches, cracks, fractures, spillage, corrosion, burn, oxidation and breakage of Housing, LCD panel and Digitiser.

d)       Any accidental or intentional damage due to Water, any liquid, drop, abuse and misuse.

e)       Any loss due to act of God, Fire, Flood, War, Earthquake, Act of Violence, Stolen, lost, or any other similar occurrences.

f)        It does not cover if Model Number or Serial Number or IMEI/ESN number sticker of the Mobiles and Tablets is removed, altered, damaged, defaced, smudged or erased unless valid proof of manufacturer is furnished denoting such changes.

g)       If the Model Number or Serial Number or IMEI/ESN number sticker of product is not matching with our collected data which were captured during registration or stored information in the Mobiles and Tablets Device then warranty will be null and void.

h)       Any attempt to open Mobiles and Tablets or repair by unauthorised service centre or repair by unauthorised service personnel.

i)         Any loss due to virus, short circuit, explosion of battery, non-compatible accessory used by customer.

j)         Service support available only in India.

k)       Defect is the result of physical breakage, electric connection or electrical faults external to the product(s).

l)         Any Parts / Spares if required to be replaced or repaired will be done in chargeable basis.

 

5.    Under what circumstances will my Extended Support Warranty be Void?

a)       In case Model Number or Serial Number or Part Number sticker of the Mobiles and Tablets is removed, altered, damaged, defaced, smudged or erased unless valid proof of under warranty service by manufacturer is furnished denoting such changes.

b)       If the Model Number or Serial Number or Part Number sticker of product is not matching with our collected data which were captured during registration or stored information in the Mobiles and Tablets Device then warranty will be null and void unless valid proof of under warranty service by manufacturer is furnished denoting such changes.

c)       Unauthorised personnel or Service Centre attempted to repair the Mobiles and Tablets.

d)       Required documents are not provided.

e)       Reason for Mobiles and Tablets failure is excluded from the coverage as mentioned in the Terms and Conditions of Extended Support Warranty Certificated.

f)        In case the Service support was taken in any other country except India.

 

6.    What kind of parts are used for Extended Support Warranty repairs?

Only high quality parts sourced from verified suppliers will be used. All parts are internally tested to ensure only best quality is provided. Repairs are performed by authorised Repair Service Personnel.

 

7.    How many Warranty Service can I make within 6 months of coverage of Extended Support Warranty?

There is no limit to the number of warranty services that can be made against Extended Support Warranty within the 6 months of coverage period.

 

8.    What happens if my Mobiles and Tablets cannot be repaired?

In that case, it will be replaced with an equivalent product at our sole discretion, which will be non-debatable. 

 Terms & Conditions:

a)    Once Extended Support Warranty is registered to a Mobiles and Tablets, it cannot be transferred to another Mobiles and Tablets

b)    You must register your Extended Support Warranty within 30 days from the date of purchase on Toll Free Number 1-800-102-9991.

 

 Process:

a)    Get the Extended Support Warranty Registration PIN in email from Snapdeal.

b)    Register PIN on Toll Free Number 1-800-102-9991. within 30 days of voucher purchase from Snapdeal.com

c)    Customer Service Professionals will help you to Register your Mobiles and Tablets and send Extended Support Warranty Certificate on you E-Mail id.

d)    You can log your service request by calling on Toll Free Number 1-800-102-9991. The Customer Service Professional will help you log your Service call.

e)    Visit an Authorised service centre near you to avail the repair support.
