WD is the best in HDD segment . seagate gives you repaired product if you have any issues. wd gives you replacement. for seagate you have to go to the service center for wd you can raise a request online and it's a door step service. it takes maximum 7 days to get you a replacement. now coming to the performance. this hdd is awesome if you are using it for storage. it's quite obvious people will buy 3 tb for storage only. if you do MBR partition then it will give 2 tb space if you do GPTpartition it will give you 2.8 tb. google about gpt to mbr or mbr to gpt partition. best way to do it from you disk management. right click on the hdd convert to gpt . voila :) overall an awesome product :)

Good reliable HDD from Western Digital. Till now its working smoothly.. Although the read time is a bit slower compared to my previous 2TB Seagate HDD. But with so much of storage space, it is understandable.

I have been using WD hard drives so quality wasn't an issue. But this was the first time I ordered an HDD online so was a bit skeptical with the handling. However the packing was great and it was delivered on time. It took me less than 5 minutes to have this HDD installed on my pc and it worked like a charm! Note - Make sure your Motherboard supports 3 TB HDD before ordering this product.

First Received a Bad Hard Drive But First I Thought That It May Not Be Compatible As It Wasn't Detected By My System. By Doing Many Things After One Month After Talking To The Western Digital Customer Care I Found That I Have Got A Bad Hard Drive. That's Very Bad Of Snapdeal. It Took Long Enough But After A Few Days Got A New Hard Drive That Was Finally Functioning Properly. The Hard Drive IS Pretty Awesome Thought. I Recommend This To Everyone And Those Also Going For A 2 TB Hard Drive To Put Some Extra Money And Buy This One.

Its a very good Internal Hard Drive for Desktop. But I think Its a little bit slow in Data Transfer specially the reading one.

64 MB Cache, transfers the data very fast. The hard disk is very silent and supper cool yet. Tons of data storage being 3 TB :-)
