Good product. Portable and Light weight, easy to carry.
Transfer speeds - My initial observations
(Tested with a single 2GB file).
USB 3.0:
Laptop to WD - 45 MB/s
WD to Laptop - 100 MB/s
USB 2.0:
In both cases - 20 to 25 MB/s

Use this to store my multimedia. It's very good for this and has worked under heavy use for the last two months. Snapdeal gave the best price

Working perfect for me. on both Mac and windows platforms. I primarily use it on Mac, but I need it to run on windows platforms. If you wanna know how does that happen.
"exFAT file system" fill in that problem by making it "readable" and "writable" on both Mac and windows platforms.
But it is supported in Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 with update KB955704 and for mac users from Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.5 and later.
