About the Author
Rujuta Diwekar is a well-known celebrity nutritionist from India. Apart from this book, Diwekar has written an additional book titled Don't Lose Your Mind, Lose Your Weight. Diwekar holds a postgraduate degree from SNDT College, Mumbai, in Sports Science and Nutrition. She also studied a course in Sports Nutrition from Australia Institute of Sports, Canberra, in the year 2010.
