Great laptop at an affordable price. The processor is latest; N3540. The bing windows 8.1 OS is stripped down version of Windows 8.1 and is customized for bing. However, it is not a deal breaker. instead, for a casual user it is a good deal of having pre-installed OS with all the one touch recovery options. It is a good buy. It has been one week yet no issue discovered.

This product havn't any open slot for ram expansion. processing speed is not 2.66 Ghz as mentioned in technical specifications, it is only 2.16 Ghz and up to 2.66 Ghz,Windows is single language with bing.
