Got a defective product but it was replaced ny snapdeal within 3 days. Very good service by snapdeal from returns to delivery.

Got this product about a week ago. Cooling the water well. Cooling compartment below works decently too. Just one point of concern ... It makes intermittent water trickling noises. Hope nothing is leaking.

I have received the product in superbly packed. Delivered in promised time. I installed.the product my self. Water got chilled and hot in with in 5 min. Super cool and hot. Also the refrigerator compartment was nice and started cool with in 15min. Great.product overall.
