No support from Snapdeal or the product team.

Initial experience was v good. Water used to become hot within 5 minutes. 6ltr was enough for long shower of 1 person. Without mixing cold water, it can be used for ahower bath almost instantly as water becomes usuable warm within 1 min, but then it has to be a quick shower. But It started leaking within 2 months. Crmptn technician came and after inspection said that it can not be repaired. They took it away stating that it will be replaced within couple of days. Unfortunately its going to be more than 6 months now, but even after numerous calls crompton have not replaced it yet. Finally have sent them a legal notice 2 - 3 days back.

Great savings on energy bills and very fast heating too

The geyser was delivered on time. The colour shown in the pic was light blue and i got a pale yellow model. It din match the colour of my bathroom.

The Geyser was not installed till date the service person calls and fixes appointment but does not take the call pathetic

really good. takes less than 10 mins to hot and stay for almost 5 hrs hot. Autocut.

It is good for small family, water remain hot for more than 15 hours. it has regulator system for dependening upon your requirment / use.
