The D-Link DAP-1360 is designed with two 2dBi antennae optimize performance by extending the coverage range and boosting the speed. With an IEEE 802.11n compliance it allows backward compatibility to support 802.11b/g, 802.3/802.3ustandards and achieves high data transfer rates up to 150 Mbps. In addition, it works on the frequency range of 2.4 - 2.484 GHz, so that you can receive consistent high-speed internet connectivity and noise-free strong signals for a better networking performance. It can be configured to work in seven different modes as required. The Access Point mode enables the device to perform as a central hub for wireless clients. The Wireless Client mode is connects it to another access point. A Bridge mode joins two wired networks (LANs) together and the AP mode makes the device act as a wireless hub and a bridge simultaneously. The Repeater mode extends wireless coverage and eliminates dead spots within the network range. A WISP Client Router mode enables sharing of Internet connection with other computers without the requirement for an additional router. When device is in a WISP Repeater mode, it enables WISP subscribers to share their Internet connection with various wired and wireless computers without employing any extra routers.
