Please do not buy..not worth as it gives hot water only for a minute and then there is cold water flowing through the tap. The installation is on chargeable basis if purchased online as you cannot install it on your own as they have given anchor bolts. The only pro is that it looks good and nothing else. Go for AO Smith instead...
