Lavender is a flowering plant in the mint family that’s easily identified by its sweet floral scent which may symbolize silence, calmness, caution and devotion as well. It commonly used for food & beverages as a flavor component, and therapeutic benefits. Direction to use: •Lavender is too strong to be used by itself as a tea, but mixed with mint leaves it makes a soothing herbal tea. And often add chamomile too. Steep all in hot (not boiling water) for a few minutes and add honey if desired.
