Learn More about the Book

Excerpt from Illinois Circuit Court Reports, Vol. 2: Reports of Cases Decided in the Circuit, Superior, Criminal, Probate County and Municipal Courts in Illinois, and Including the Unreported Decisions of the Supreme Court of Illinois and the Federal Courts in Illinois
The favorable reception accorded by the judges and the members of the bar to the first volume of this series of reports has assured the continuation and permanency of the series. The editors hope to be able to report in the future volumes all the current decisions of the lower courts of Illinois which are within the scope of the present reports and of sufficient im portance to the bar, in the Opinion of the editors, to justify publication. It is intended also to publish in these volumes from time to time all unreported decisions of the courts of Illinois, irrespective of the date of their rendition, and includ ing a number of unreported decisions of the Supreme Court. With this end in view the publishers will be glad to receive.
