About the Author:
SANJIVA SHANKAR DUBEY is an expert on IT strategy and innovation. He has spent over 25 years in IT while working with IBM and Tata Steel. Earlier, he was CEO of two mid-size IT start-up companies, Country Principal of Management Consulting, General Manager (ODC), CIO and Project Executive of IT outsourcing projects. For the last 20 years, he has also been lecturing at the leading business schools, such as IIM Lucknow, IIM Indore, XLRI and NIT Jamshedpur amongst others. Mr. Dubey has conducted over 70 IT Strategy, ERP-led Business Transformation assignments for diverse corporation. Currently based in New Delhi, he works in IBM as Asia Pacific Executive, IGA Service Delivery. He has published 16 research papers and authored an award winning book titled Innovation with IT.
