Unpack the JSB HF23 Full Back Neck Massager from the product box.

Place the back massager on the desired chair or car seat.

Connect the AC wire into the power supply.

Press the Power button on the remote control.

Select between the Upper/Lower or Full Back Massager options.

You can optionally choose to turn on the seat vibration and heated massage on the massage cushion seat.

You can also choose to stop the neck massage and use only the back massager.

To use in a car, please connect the car adapter to the 12V car adapter switch in your car panel. Then turn on the full back neck massager.
