•Goodness of gut cleansing herbs:- Kerala Ayurveda Abhayarishta is made by fermenting the decoction of herbs such as Abhaya, Draksha, Vidanga, and others, along with jaggery. Fermentation allows the properties of the herbs to be extracted into an easily palatable form while improving the shelf-life, therapeutic action, and the formulation’s concentration.
