About the Author
Dr. Aaliya Akhtar is Assistant Professor (Psychology) at Government Degree College for Women, Sopore (J&K Higher Education Department), J&K India. She did her masters (M.A. Psychology) from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh (U.P.) and pursued her doctorate (Ph.D. Psychology) from Barkatullah University, Bhopal (M.P.). She had been also a Post Doc Fellow of ICSSR, New Delhi and has submitted the final project report in this context, and is waiting for its award. She has teaching experience of more than three years at BG level. She has participated and presented papers in various national and international level academic conferences and workshops besides having number of publications (17) including three tests / tools in her credit.
