There was some problem but Philips replaced the product.

Overall good product..but I feel it bit costly..but its Philips..

Loved the Gogear,only problem is I am not able to go to beginning of list easily unless I keep clicking the rewind key all through the list. A single key for that would have been appreciable.

PROS-: Good sound but not as good and clear like my BOSE or APPLE I-Pod. Attached USB port. CONS-: Clip- It should have been behind the player rather over the player. It hinders with the only 2 buttons provided for control. Handling- Althoug the player is too big but the buttons are difficult to press because of the small area to press and a big clip in between. Buttons- Except for the play/pause button the sound buttons are difficult to locate and you ll have to learn brail language to locate them. Big size- Too big for gym use. Delicate- It feels the clip and player will detatch while you try to press controls. Music change- Very painful. Only 2 buttons provided both for music change and volume. You ll have to keep it pressed for a second before music changes. Fast forward- Not available Operating system- Only Windows xp, vista and 2007 Jack port- When clipping it to my jeans pocket the jack port remains at the bottom instead of being at the sides or top. If you try to rotate the player to bring the jack to the sides the clip will hide you volume and music control button. Pausing sound- While in paused mode it wil irritate you with the continuous beeping sound and make you either play it or swith it off. Bad packaging. Just a thin polythene wrapped around. Delicate electronic gadgets like this should have bubble wrap or carton. Overall I am disappointed because I bought this player for using it while running or gymming. But the cons make it very difficult to use it at these occasions. While running I cannot wait for such long time to go to another song. It breaks my tempo. Even finding the buttons is a task and pressing them without breaking the player is another problem due to its delicate designe. Too big to use in a gym or while running. It keeps jumping and moving. The clip only holds your garment at the tip and not all the way because it is curved at the end. It is only suitable for use at a place where you can concentrate on the player like at home, work or while commuting in a public transport.

Wish you had a better set of earphones with it..
