Warranty Information
The wallet is limited six(6) months warranty covers against defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase. A copy of the receipt or invoice is required for proof of purchase.
Warranty service type
TCustomer needs to send the product along with receipt or invoice to the brand service centre or seller address. The product will be rectified and send back to the customer. Allow up to 4 to 6 days from the date we receive your package for your wallet to go through the repair process. For all warranty related services, a fee of INR 120 (For domestic) and USD ,6.5 (For International) for return shipping and handling will apply.
Warranty Void
This warranty is void if the leather product has been damaged by accident, misuse, fire, negligence, any repairs made by a person not authorised by POLLSTAR to perform such repairs (unauthorized service) or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or if a valid receipt is not included. For all warranty related services. At this time, POLLSTAR will not repair damaged leather products. We will replace them if the conditions of this warranty are met.
