- Cleaning a leather purse isn't as hard as it may seem. Basic cleaning methods are easy, can be done at home, and can prevent challenging stains. Read the following tips to learn how to give a leather purse a basic cleaning.
- Wipe the stain off with a clean, damp cloth.Keep rubbing the area until it is damp, but not soaked through.
- Apply some cleaning solution to the soft cloth.You can use a store-bought leather belt cleaner, which often comes in a kit. You can also make your own by mixing a few drops of a mild soap (such as unscented dishwashing soap or baby soap) with distilled water.
- Wipe the stained area again with the soft cloth until the stain is gone.Try to keep your stroking motions in line with the leather's grain.This will help protect the integrity of the leather.
- Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe off any soap residue or excess moisture.Don't worry about drying the belt just yet.
- Let the belt dry for about 30 minutes.Avoid speeding the process up with a hairdryer. If you are in a hurry, consider setting the belt down in front of a fan. Cool air will be less damaging to the belt than hot.
- Apply some leather moisturizer to the belt once it is dry.Use a soft cloth to apply the moisturizer. Rub the moisturizer on using circular motions. The moisturizer will help keep the leather soft and supple. Do not substitute regular hand lotion, which can stain and degrade leather.

- Our warranty covers any defect caused during product production and delivery Twelve(12) months for prepaid customer and six(6) months for COD (Cash on delivery) customer, from the date of purchase. A copy of the receipt or invoice is required for proof of purchase.
- Warranty service type: Customer needs to send the product along with receipt or invoice to the brand service centre or seller address. The product will be rectified and send back to the customer. Allow up to 4 to 6 days from the date we receive your package for your belt to go through the repair process. For all warranty related services, a fee of INR 120 (For domestic) and USD ,6.5 (For International) for return shipping and handling will apply.
- this warranty is void if the leather product has been damaged by accident, misuse, fire, negligence, any repairs made by a person not authorised by POLLSTAR to perform such repairs (unauthorized service) or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or if a valid receipt is not included. For all warranty related services. At this time, POLLSTAR will not repair damaged leather products. We will replace them if the conditions of this warranty are met.
